- Hay milk cheese from the village dairy, delicate goat and sheep cheese, as well as fresh butter from the Niggeibauern.

- Various types of fresh bread, some self-baked, vital cereals and various mueslis, as well as the homemade fruity, nutty Birchermuesli.
