Cancellation Conditions
Excerpt from the Booking Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations
5.5. Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated by the contracting party by a unilateral declaration without payment of a cancellation fee.
5.6. Outside the period specified in § 5.5., a cancellation by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible with the payment of the following cancellation fees:
In case of early departure or delayed arrival, the booking conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

- Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price
- In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price
